ADHD and neurodivergent digital resources by Neuro Inspo

Your brain isn't broken.

It just needs the right tools.

Digital toolkits, guides, and strategies designed by neurodivergent brains, for neurodivergent brains.

A printable menu of dopamine-boosting activities for when your brain needs a reset. Yours free — no spam, no overwhelm, just one actually useful thing in your inbox.

You've read the productivity books. Tried the planners. Downloaded the apps. And still felt like you were doing life on hard mode while everyone else seems to just... get it.

The thing is, a lot of ‘productivity’ advice wasn't built for you. It was built for brains that don't have to fight for focus, that don't spiral after a two-word text, that don't need the conditions to be exactly right before they can start.

You're not lazy. You're not difficult. You just needed tools that help you discover more about yourself, and actually work with how YOUR brain operates.

That's what this is.

Welcome to Neuro Inspo, a hub for neurodiversity tools and resources that help you discover more about your brain and how it works.

At Neuro Inspo, we create tools and resources for ADHD and neurodiversity. All workbooks, templates and tools are built by neurodivergent brains, designed for you to figure out how your brain actually works, not how productivity gurus think it should. The resources and guides are designed to reduce friction, work with your interest-based nervous system, and make everyday life feel a little less like you're fighting yourself.

The Ultimate Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria Response Kit
$22.00

This is a practical toolkit for neurodivergent people who know rejection hits differently.

You're not too sensitive. Your brain just processes rejection at a completely different intensity, and this toolkit is here to help.

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria affects the majority of people with ADHD. You know it when a short text can ruin your whole day, or someone says something offhand that makes you feel like rubbish. Critical feedback feels like a verdict on your entire self worth sometimes. You can replay a single moment on loop for hours, even when you know logically that you're probably fine.

It is not a character flaw. It is neurological. And it is one of the least talked about, least supported parts of living with a neurodivergent brain.

This is for you if any of these sound familiar:

You replay conversations for hours after they end, even when nothing was said all that badly.

A short or cold reply from someone you care about can derail your entire day.

You have been told your whole life that you are too sensitive — and you are done believing it is a personal failing.

You want something you can actually reach for in the middle of a hard moment, not something else to read when you are already fine.

What’s Inside

  1. What is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria?: A brief overview of what RSD is and how it presents.

  2. Is this RSD or something else?: Understand whether your response is RSD or another emotion. Some journalling activities will help process.

  3. In-the-moment Regulation: Figure out with tier of dysregulation you are at, and quick tips for calming the RSD storm.

  4. Reframe Worksheet: Once you know where you’re at, and have regulated a bit, use this to journal and reframe.

  5. Trigger Tracker: Keep tabs on when this RSD rears it’s head, and find patterns for triggers, and what helps you.

  6. Sources: Where all this information and support comes from, and how you can do more research if you want to!

Dopamine Menu
$0.00

Your brain doesn't run on willpower. It runs on dopamine — and for ADHD and neurodivergent brains, that fuel system is harder to regulate, less predictable, and often depleted before you even notice.

The Dopamine Menu is a ready-to-use reference tool designed for exactly those moments. It gives you 30 research-informed activities organised by how much time and energy you actually have, not how much you wish you had.

No vague self-care lists. No "just go for a walk" advice that ignores where you're starting from. Just a practical, personalised tool that works with your brain's actual operating system.

This is for you if:

  • You know you need a break but can't decide what to do, so you do nothing

  • You've tried "self-care" advice that assumed you had time, energy, and executive function to spare

  • You want something low-effort to pick up in the middle of a hard day — not something else to complete

My Brain. An Owners Manual
$17.00

A self-discovery workbook for neurodivergent people who want to understand more about how their brain works. Most people spend years trying to fix themselves, but you’re not broken! This workbook gives you insights about how you operate, so you can reduce overwhelm.

You've probably read enough generic productivity advice to know it wasn't written for you. The systems that work for neurotypical brains often fall apart for ADHD and neurodivergent brains. Not because you're doing them wrong, but because they were never designed for how you actually operate.

This workbook takes a different approach. Instead of telling you what to do, it asks you the right questions so you can figure out what actually works for your brain, in your life, right now.

Fifteen questions. Three sections. One document that becomes a genuine reference for understanding yourself.

What's inside

  • Printable or digital resource for neurodivergent people

  • 15 guided questions with context explaining the neuroscience behind each one

  • Space to write and reflect at your own pace

  • A closing section on what to do with your answers once you have them

  • Designed to be shared — with a partner, manager, therapist, or kept entirely private

Who we are…

Hi, I'm Jade. I'm a neurodivergent adult with ADHD and ASD, based in Australia. I built Neuro Inspo because the resources I needed didn't exist in the form I needed them.

Not clinical textbooks. Not the generic productivity advice you often find. The kind of workbooks that take you through a process to learn about yourself, and tools you can pick up in the middle of a hard moment and use immediately.

These digital tools and workbooks for people with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, but can also be helpful for any brain!

Offering supportive and encouraging tools and content, you’ll find free and paid downloadable and printable resources.

Products include the Dopamine Menu (free), My Brain. An Owner's Manual ($17 AUD), and The RSD Response Kit ($22 AUD). All resources are research-informed, printable, and designed for real moments rather than ideal conditions.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Neuro Inspo is a digital resource hub for people with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. It offers practical, research-informed tools including printable workbooks, self-discovery guides, and emotional regulation toolkits — all designed around how neurodivergent brains actually operate, rather than how conventional productivity advice assumes they should. Neuro Inspo is run by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people, and is based in Australia.

  • Neuro Inspo products are for adults with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent conditions who want practical tools to help them understand themselves and manage daily life more effectively. Resources are suitable for people who are formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or currently exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. Everything is written in plain language with no clinical jargon, and designed to be used in real moments — not just when things are going well.

  • Yes. All Neuro Inspo resources are suitable for people who are formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or currently in the process of seeking a diagnosis. The tools are educational and practical in nature — they do not require a diagnosis to use and are not diagnostic instruments. Many neurodivergent people face long waiting lists for formal assessment or lack access to diagnostic services entirely. Self-identification is valid, and Neuro Inspo products are designed to be useful regardless of where someone is in their diagnostic journey.

  • A dopamine menu is a personalised list of activities that reliably give a neurodivergent brain the dopamine it needs to function — organised by how much time and energy a person has available in the moment. Unlike generic self-care advice, a dopamine menu is not about reward or rest. It is a practical refuelling tool, built around the fact that neurodivergent brains regulate dopamine differently and often run on empty without warning. The Neuro Inspo Dopamine Menu is a free printable PDF with 30 starter activities sorted into three time brackets: under 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 20 minutes.

  • Rejection sensitive dysphoria, commonly known as RSD, is an intense and often overwhelming emotional response to perceived or actual rejection, criticism, exclusion, or failure. It is neurological in origin, not a character flaw, and is most commonly associated with ADHD. The emotional pain of RSD is real and can be among the most impairing aspects of living with ADHD. It can cause a person to withdraw, react with intense emotion, or ruminate for hours after a minor perceived slight. RSD is driven by differences in how the ADHD brain regulates dopamine and norepinephrine. The Neuro Inspo RSD Response Kit is a printable toolkit that helps neurodivergent people understand, manage, and track their RSD responses.

  • No. Neuro Inspo resources are practical and educational. They're designed to complement professional support, not replace it. If you're in crisis or need clinical help, please reach out to a qualified professional.
